I am doing some research. Can you please provide information as to whether Stephen Kinsey was or is an officer of one or more of the Germantown Settlement organizations and during what periods he served.
Online resources show him as Vice President of Germantown Settlement Construction Company and the Greater Germantown Housing Development Corp.
Does Innovations: Creative and Performing Arts Charter School, Inc. exist as an operating entity? Did it ever exist? It is listed at 419 W. Johnson St. with Mr. Kinsey as its Vice President.
Did any of the Germantown Settlement corporations that employed Mr. Kinsey ever receive state funding in the form of loans or grant while he was also employed as Chief of Staff for Mr. Myers?
What government agencies are still investigating Germantown Settlement and what is the outcome?
