Arts & Entertainment: Carnival Themed Celebration Brings Awareness to Animal Welfare

In accordance with Philly Beer Week, South Philadelphia’s Devil’s Den orchestrated an adult carnival. Food specials included corn dogs, fried Oreos, funnel cake and gourmet popcorn. For entertainment, caricature and balloon artists were on hand.
