Bell Vista: Food Tour Serves Up a Taste of South Philly

Old City: Park Sites Re-open After Federal Shutdown

With the federal government ending the shutdown late Wednesday, the Liberty Bell pavilion and  Independence Hall reopened for visitors yesterday. National Park Rangers removed the closure signs and barricades as the sites resumed normal operation.
