33 affordable housing homes approved for Point Breeze: On the heals of Philadelphia’s Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) approval, two plots of land in Point Breeze will be turned into 33 affordable apartments and townhouses for low-income families and veterans. (via Curbed Philly)

Ori Feibush sues Kenyatta Johnson again over Point Breeze real estate: Point Breeze developer and former Philadelphia City Council candidate Ori Feibush filed a federal lawsuit against City Councilman Kenyatta Johnson late last week.
