33 affordable housing homes approved for Point Breeze: On the heals of Philadelphia’s Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) approval, two plots of land in Point Breeze will be turned into 33 affordable apartments and townhouses for low-income families and veterans. (via Curbed Philly)

Ori Feibush sues Kenyatta Johnson again over Point Breeze real estate: Point Breeze developer and former Philadelphia City Council candidate Ori Feibush filed a federal lawsuit against City Councilman Kenyatta Johnson late last week. For the second time, Feibush is accusing Johnson of interfering with his real estate business in Point Breeze. (via Billy Penn)
