Crime Germantown: No Residents Show Up for Meeting with Police November 14, 2012 Police officers from the 14th District held a Police Service Area meeting last night at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, located at 5421 Germantown Ave., but neighborhood residents were noticeably absent. In fact, no residents showed up.
