Low Rise Rental Units Being Developed at 2500 E Tioga St. – Phillip Solomon, a member oft he Facebook group Ears & Eyes of Port Richmond, relayed information about new housing development happening on the vacant lot. Solomon argues the space, located at 2500 E. Tioga St., should be utilized for single family homes to provide more stability, rather than leased as apartment units. A zoning hearing is scheduled for Sept. 13, at 4:30 p.m. at 1515 Arch St. on the 18th floor.
