Angenique Howard formed Unique Dreams Inc. in 2019 to empower, uplift, and educate the Frankford community. While providing services such as trade classes, summer camps, and block clean-ups, Howard ultimately hopes to reinstate the Garsed Center to its former status as a thriving community center.
