Thank you for this video about Voting in Odd Places
Are you aware that such filming and voice recording inside a poling place is illegal? Did you ask for permission to do so? Did you get releases from any of the people you photographed or recorded? This, I shouldn’t have to remind you is ABSOLUTELY required in any circumstance other than a true public area.
For shame!
So all of those times when candidates are videotaped and photographed at polling places have been illegal? Please provide the PA statue to which you are referring. Yes, permission was granted. No release forms are required for journalistic enterprises. BTW, as a legal eagle, your statements could here be constructed as defamation since you are claiming that illegal acts were committed. The editors of this website happen to be recognized legal experts in Pennsylvania courts. But thank you for your views and potential status as a defendant in a defamation suit. Just kidding. 8>)
