For just under two years Wag n’ Style Pet Boutique has been serving the East Falls community and its four-legged friends with natural, eco-friendly pet food. Located at 3734 Midvale Ave., Wag n’ Style is the area’s first all-natural pet store specializing in both natual food and high-end pet fashion.
“We started with food and are now branching off to clothing and accessories,” said Ron Smith, co-owner of Wag n’ Style, “We want to see what works and doesn’t work, then go from there.”
Smith, along with his wife and co-owner Robin Broughton-Smith, frequent trade shows and other pet-lover events to aquire the right ideas and products for the store. Through product knowledge and customer service Smith feels he serves the community in the best way possible.
“We want to think on a big scale, but we still want to cater to the local community,” explained Smith, “If you can’t make it here we will bring the product to you.”
Like many other businesses in East Falls, Wag n’ Style has limited parking spots available for customers. To try and make the limited parking less of an issue, Wag n’ Style offers a valet service for customers so that parking doesn’t stop them from frequenting the store. Customers can call ahead with their order and receive curbside assistence from a Wag n’ Style employee.
Through hard work, determination and great customer service Wag n’ Style has seperated itself from its competitors.
“The business will find you,” explained Smith, “Our customer service is what seperates us form the rest.”
