1. My name is Rhonda Kane and anyone willing to take a chance on me getting the YWCA back on its feet, please feel free to write me and tell me I can. I don’t have any money to invest, however I do have God on my side to direct my path in helping our young. I have a passion to raise, teach, and take any and every child in our city and help make their life better. I just don’t have the money to do it. I do have a proposal I can provide about my plans, but I need to be sure that I can get the help. I can provide jobs to people in this community that is willing to support my cause. The children are our future and I am willing to raise them. I will be the place if a woman is pregnant and she feels she cannot support her child we will be there to take over. I was born into foster care and was only raised by my teen mom for eight years of my life. I am a survivor of sexual abuse from my stepfather, so I know what it is to need and to feel helpless and homeless. I would like to help those children that are in the same boat I was in. I know this sounds far-fetched, but I am so serious. I am the mother of 3 beautiful girls and I would like to make a difference in my life and in theirs. I want to give back to those children in need. I know I don’t have the money to do this but I do have a business license, which I can use to help save the children. The children right here in our own community. Everyone goes over to other countries and helps other children, but our children need help right here in the Germantown community that I grew up in. having said that I hope that someone who can help reads this and sends it to the people that can say yes or no. I am 43 years old and I will soon have my BS degree in Paralegal Studies from Peirce College, but I am willing and able to help someone raise a child out of poverty into to a prosperous life they deserve.
