Marc Brodzik of Fishtown has launched a local video production company that started its own Internet channel, Scrapple TV, that he wants to become a national hit.
“I call it unprocessed television,” Brodzik said of his programming, which is as brash and unforgivingly funny as Brodik himself. “Scrapple is more gritty and more real.”
