Imagine waking up at 3 a.m. to sirens, bright lights and smoke-filled air. Your block is almost completely engulfed in flames. For the next two days the place that you call home would be bombarded with city officials, reporters and bystanders alike. This became reality for the residents of Jasper and Boston streets as a multi-alarm fire broke loose in Kensington that left two firefighters dead and many questions unanswered.
