Have You Seen Suspected Philly Battery Wrangler?– A man seen stealing a number of car batteries from Jeep Wranglers throughout the city has been identified as Juan-Carlos Lugo, aka Carlos Martinez. He is also believed to be a suspect in connection with the theft of four Jeep Wranglers since June, including one in Port Richmond. (via Philly.com)
