State awards one marijuana dispensary in Fishtown, two in Northeast – Pennsylvania Department of Health awarded 27 medical marijuana dispensaries across the state, but just three in Philadelphia. Restore Integrative Wellness Center LLC will be opening up on Frankford Ave. while the other two Philadelphia-based dispensaries will take up shop in Parkwood and Bustleton. (via Star News)

Man spotted breaking into cars early Friday morning – A man was caught on video surveillance stealing a garden hose and attempting to break into multiple cars along the 2500 block of E Clearfield Street early Friday morning (June 30).
